  1. I've been doing my workouts in a powerlifting gym. They hate crossfit it's funny. I love hearing them talk shit while I'm working out it motivates me to go harder

    2. I'm curious how many posters are CFNE members, garage gym'ers, or members of other boxes, or globo gym'ers.

I am a garage gym athlete that also goes to a box 7-9x a month.

    4. Im a trainer at a globo gym but they don't really want me working out there anymore because its too intense I guess. I don't want to sign for a box because i would want to work at it.i talked to one box about working there and they were total negative dicks and wanted me to work for pennies. It actually completely discouraged me from affiliating at all

    5. I live in a very small place (think hundreds of people) there's a small gym maybe 1000 sq ft where I train, it's just a normal gym so lots I don't have (no rower, ropes, rings, good bars etc)

My own box will be open soon.

AMRAP double unders in 7 minutes, 5 burpees at every break. Did 71 unbroken to start for a PR.

  5. I had to do SOMETHING last night. We had Parent Teaching Conference night - so I was stuck at school for 14 hours pretty much sedentary. So, I went into my high school's weight room after the conferences and did an OMEM 20 Minutes: Even: 40 Double Unders and Odd: 5 Box Jumps, 10 Push-Ups, 15 Squats. This was exactly the right amount: not too much or too little...
